Design for leaflets is straight forward. Designing to including cutouts and voucher perforation cost the same. Prices start from £35 for leaflet design or from £99 if you also require logo design.
Brochures and booklets depend entirely on the style and work involved. Some printers work with PDF files others require InDesign or EPS templates/files.

Prices for printing vary considerably and one which I pass on as a direct cost only.
The basic fees for book and brochure design and layout work is calculated by set fees.
