I also offer photographic services where relevant. Photographic services are offered in two categories, either as a purchase per image or for the photographic session. The benefit of paying the higher cost of a photographic session is that the client owns the copyright of all images taken once the fees have been paid, but the choice is yours. Prices are agreed at the outset of any project.

All images in this website are the property of the artist , Sally Fransen.
Please be aware that publishing a photograph owned by Sally Fransen to a website or reproducing it in any way is a breach of copyright unless you have bought the licence to do so. Please see below for the definition of licence terms.

You may choose the format the images or designs are sent to you, for example the entire working file, as a TIFF, PSD or a standard JPEG, it can either be e-mailed or sent on a USB stick.

Sole Rights Licence - If you select an image/design and want to be the only one who can reproduce the image or design there may be the option to purchase the sole rights licence. If it is available this means that you could purchase the copyright of the image. THIS FUNKY MONKEY and the artist Sally Fransen will not sell or print that image or design again. This fee includes a copy of the original RAW file if required.

Products within the range that involve paper or card are all FSC or recycled. All products or product components come from suppliers with the relevant certification and have a reputation for taking thier responsibility towards tthe enviroment seriously.

Once an order has been placed with THIS FUNKY MONKEY and deposit or payment received an order may not be cancelled unless the product or service is then found to be deviant from the sample or written instructions from the client. The client remains responsible for the costs for services and products ordered and no refund will be given. This does not affect your Statuary Rights.
In some circumstances and particularly when working with a client on producing samples and a larger project there is a scaled invoicing system that allows for jobs to be progressed as quickly or as slowly as required , this is a very sensible way of managing a project and safeguards unnecessary expenditure.
A client needs to accept and acknowledge a written working brief before samples and draft designs can be passed to a client. Having a project set into clearly defined sections gives clients an opportunity to explore their ideas without committing to a large level of expenditure. A working brief is a contract.
My aim is to give a first class service that delivers what is expected as a minimum. Clarifying your expectations is fundamental to the sucess of any project.
THIS FUNKY MONKEY is very happy to sign intellectual property rights, and may on occasion ask clients to do the same. We observe the strictest client confidentiality at all times .
