Purchasing downloadable templates or images

Images or templates which are purchased for downloading and home-printing are granted a non-commercial licence. This means that the person paying for the image is granted rights to print the image for personal use but may not re-sell the image/artwork in any way what-so-ever. The person paying for the image is politely reminded that it is not permit able to 'give' the artwork that they download to anyone else.

If you are interested in using an image on a website or for any non-commercial purpose where the image is on view to the public please check before you do so as you may need additional permissions.

Terms and Conditions for 'Orders of STOCK items'

If you order a STOCK ITEM, cancellation of the order will be accepted so long as the item hasn't been packed for dispatch. Orders which are cancelled prior to 'packing for dispatch' will be refunded including any postage or gift wrapping charges which you paid for.

We do offer a return policy for which there is a restocking fee of £1 and any refund offered for returned items is limited the product/s, no refund for postage or the gift wrapping service will be given, these facilities are offered in addition to your Statutory Rights.

If you choose to pay by cheque please understand that the products cannot be dispatched until your payment has cleared.


Terms and Conditions for 'SPECIAL ORDERS'.

Statutory rights apply. Due to the nature of special orders we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or of below standard quality.

Before you commit to the Special Order please make sure you have read and checked the details sent to you. You MUST check the PDF artwork and description of what you are ordering before paying. Once payment has been made we are unable to halt production or offer a refund outside your entitlement covered by your Statutory Rights.

If you are unhappy or unsure about anything on the Confirmation of Production form then please do not make a payment and e-mail us with any questions you may have.

When payment has been received we will then make your order. As this will not be a stock item and we would be unable to sell it we are unable to action a refund outside you Statutory Rights.

Liability is limited at all times to the maximum value of the product purchase value as stated on your receipt.
